PROPERTY REVIEW AND CONSULTATION

A consultation encompasses a thorough inspection of the property and review with the owner. This inspection is limited to cosmetic elements only and not include any mechanical or engineering opinions. It is normally a process that can be accomplished in two hours. Appointments can be scheduled at the owner's convenience with after 5pm and weekend consultation at no additional charge. The Charge for this service is $150.00.

STAGING

This is the fine art of selectively appropriating exist furnishings and accessories. This may Include some or all of the following.

- Furniture Arrangement

- Hanging Art

- Accessory Placement

- Organizing Bookshelves, Closets, and Counter Surfaces

- Porch & Patio Presentation

The charge for staging is $75.00 per hour. The movement of heavy of bulky items may require additional assistance and will be billabke at $20.00 per hour.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
