The Center For Animal Research and Education was founded as a NON-profit organization in 2003 to provide for the rescue, rehabilitation, and holistic nurturing of sick, injured, and abused Big Cats. C.A.R.E. is dedicated to providing these majestic creatures with a safe habitat so they can live with dignity and comfort.

Pat Nemish, Arctic's mom,for 8 giant boxes of goodies for the cats and interns. It was just like Christmas at CARE. The interns have all new linens and bedding and the cats have new stuffed animals, toys and cleaning supplies. Pat, you are the best.

George Thompson and Marc Sparks for the generous financial gift that allowed CARE purchase and install CARE's new cooling unit for the freezer.

Todd Ellinger and Polar King have generously given CARE the parts of the cooling unit for the freezer at Polar Kings cost.

Lionel Luster for the donation of Dozer services and habitat housing design. L&L is a service organization capable of everything from dirt work and welding to transport and repair. Derek Krahn, CARE's board president was deployed in July to Kabul, Afghanistan. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. We are looking forward to his safe return in February.
