Kira is an extraordinary feline.  She is well known for her even temperament and gentleness when it comes to humans.  She is the largest female tiger at CARE.  Even as she ages her ability to hold on to her massive stature is amazing.  She is larger than some of the males at CARE.  She has never been weighed but we are guessing she weighs between 450-500 pounds.   

It seems as though Kira does not know she is a Tiger.  She is completely non-aggressive towards humans.  If given the opportunity, I believe she would be happier living with humans than Tigers.  By they way, she does not like any neighbors, with the exception of Whitey and Calamity, whom she was raised with.
